SENATOR DONLEY, entitled:                                                      
                                                                               
"An Act reducing certain resident sport fishing,                              
hunting, and trapping license fees, increasing certain                         
nonresident sport fishing, hunting, and trapping                               
license fees, and relating to nonresident sport                                
fishing, hunting, and trapping licenses; and
